Welcome to the Scan the Ghost Scavenger Hunt!  We are happy you have thought about becoming a sponsor of this event. 

The way it works:  Participants visit your shop during the hunt for a QR code that registers them into a drawing for high value visa gift cards.  Once found participant checks in and you  get emailed their check in in real time. 

RULES

1. You cannot hide the QR code in a place that is not accessible to everyone. 
2. You must provide a easy’ish hint as to it’s location to participants.   This will be the previous stops page.  
3. If asked, you must disclose the location of the QR code.  You will want to do this as this is when you get your marketing information. 
4. You may market any participant unencumbered for a period of 30 days.  After that you must provide the participant for a way to OPT OUT.  
5. You are responsible for your own marketing efforts.  
6. Any violation of these rules will result in a refund in your monies paid and a removal/deactivation of your sponsored stop. 
7. You may promote the event with any images that are publicly available. You may not recreate your own. 

Sponsored stops can choose one of 4 options.  100% of your payment goes toward buying Visa gift cards so the more you invest in foot traffic the more the participants will want to come to your location to register.  At the end of the event, we will send a detailed breakdown of all the gift cards that were purchased and disable all stops.  

All website fees, E-commerce fees, intellectual property costs,  production costs, advertising costs, and physical QR code costs are paid for by Mad King Marketing Group.  All materials for this event are owned solely by Mad King Marketing Group and any outside use is strictly prohibited.
